Clive has never actually made a portal to some demi-realm before, so he has no idea where to start. Except he guesses if it's going to be a door, he can craft a doorframe? It's... well, it sure is! And it's right in the middle of the Grove the best he can, so everyone can access it who needs to access it. It just needs a door or a portal or whatever, he doesn't know.

He does know that he's not a carpenter, and that the benefits of having a stone hand is you don't feel it when you inevitably knock your borrowed hammer into said hand. But he does his best to get it started so those with the experience for these things have some sort of framework for which to build on.

And other than that, he's mostly on patrol with Torgal for any snakes that may be trying to sneak in to interrupt things.

What sort of things can it find?

Anything. Well — with some caveats. I believe it has to exist on the plane of reality I'm on. I also have to want to find it in the first place, as the entirety of it is controlled by my emotions.

Before I arrived here, I used it to point me toward the open ocean. From where my crew and I were, it would have been an impossible task to find it otherwise.

So you have to actually want to find it, before it works.

[ But once he wants to, it becomes able to find whatever he needs... within this dimension. ]

It might be worth asking those who were here longer if there's anything they know of that was lost that might be worth finding again. That might aid us in our fight against the Entity that keeps us here.

It did bring me here. I do not think I could move it, but perhaps the Goddess herself is the hint? Or perhaps it has something to do with her power. I can't say I'm certain about either of those, but this is where the Compass points.

Hi, Clive! Let me look... [Brief pause while she's looking over the area, then:] I think you have the right tools and materials. Ford has copper, and that should work as he's utilizing it now. Make sure you utilize the shards, too, but I think you guys know that.

I'm no portal expert, but I think those flowers should help with the cosmic influence needed to get to the demiplane.

Sorry, I can't do much here — if you don't have any sun or moon shards, though, I think I can get you some.
