December FamMeet
Who: The Grove

When: Mid-Late December
Where: Inn Lobby
Warnings: Child death mentions, torture, body horror all probably will be brought up.
[ In the morning, Irene will trek around the Grove to knock on doors and let everyone know she's setting up a information sharing meeting in the Inn's lobby. She figures there would be best, considering the new fireplace (thread pending on my behalf) set up and the fact it's about as safe as they're going to get.
Irene also lets everyone know that any fights and any blatant drama starters will be met with punishment. She doesn't elaborate on this further. Zahliya is invited. Irene tells Moder if she wants to sit by the door to listen, she can. She does not invite the merchant siblings, however - though she'll make no objections if someone else does.
She seems to be writing things down in their shared journals this meeting so people can reference this later. ]

How do you know that? And if it's true -- that means a couple of kids are holed up and suffering to keep some monsters out, and everyone's just... okay with that? I know for a fact at least some of us can fight. [He isn't trying to shit talk anyone, but listen, he can definitely speak for Vash and Wolfwood -- at least he seems to think so, despite his lack of experience here.]

A lot of us can fight, it's true, but the monsters are going to be the least of our concern if the barrier goes down. If anything, we should probably figure out a way to keep that up without having the kids use it...
I was actually hoping someone could help me try to throw one of the notebooks Miss Ydalir made for us over the fence in hopes they might find it. Maybe if we had some way to talk to them, then we could plan a little better.
